These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Seven Sisters Voyages. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are accepted by card only through our booking system.

Tours require a minimum of 5 passengers to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, we may offer an alternative date or provide a full refund.

Arrival

Passengers must arrive at the departure point at Brighton Marina at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrival may result in missing the trip and the booking being forfeited.

Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel their booking up to 7 days before departure for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of departure or failure to attend will result in the full booking cost being forfeited.

If a trip is cancelled by Seven Sisters Voyages due to weather, safety conditions, insufficient passenger numbers, or operational reasons, customers will be offered either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to reschedule to another available date.

Safety & Conduct

All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions and safety guidance at all times.

Alcohol and smoking are not permitted on board.

Children aged 4 and over are welcome, but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Passengers are responsible for their own comfort and wellbeing at sea, including the possibility of seasickness.

Seven Sisters Voyages reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate a trip for any passenger whose behaviour may affect safety or the experience of others.

Weather & Sea Conditions

All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. The captain may cancel, delay, shorten, or modify a trip if conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable. The captain’s decision is final.

Changes to Route

Routes, wildlife sightings, and trip duration may vary depending on weather, tides, sea conditions, and safety considerations.

Personal Belongings

Seven Sisters Voyages cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or brought on board by passengers.

Liability

Passengers join and participate in trips at their own risk. While every effort is made to ensure safety, Seven Sisters Voyages cannot be held liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Photography

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during trips for marketing or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in such material, please inform the crew before departure.
